IVDisplays Digital Services Pvt Ltd (“IVDisplays”, “we”, “us”) operates ivdisplays.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or submit something through it, and the choices you have.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers ivdisplays.com, our public website, only. Data processed within our district-facing applications — including student eligibility records, asset inventories, and procurement documents — is governed by the agreements we sign with each district and applicable law (including FERPA), not by this policy. District clients with data questions should contact us directly.

Information we collect

We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (city/region level, derived from your IP address). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not store your IP address on our servers. If you submit a briefing or contact form, we receive the details you enter and use them solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies

Our analytics services set cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and we store your cookie-consent choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can decline analytics cookies using our consent banner or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Requests submitted through OPRA Triage

Our OPRA Triage tool works differently from the rest of this site, so it is described separately here. When you submit a public-records request through it, we receive your work email address, the organisation you work for, your role and the date the request reached you if you give them, and the text of the request you paste.

To produce the structured reply, that text is processed on our behalf by a service provider, on servers in the United States. It is used solely to generate that reply. We do not use submissions for any purpose other than answering you and understanding demand for the tool, and our providers may not use them for their own purposes at all.

We ask you not to paste a requester’s name, email address, phone number or postal address, because we do not need them. If they are included anyway, they are processed along with the rest of the text.

We keep submissions, including the request text, until you ask us to delete them. We do not currently delete them on a schedule. To have a submission removed, email support@ivdisplays.com from the address you submitted with, and we will delete it and confirm.

Where your information is processed and stored

Our website and application servers, and the database holding form submissions, run on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1 region). The provider that produces OPRA Triage replies also processes that text in the United States. IVDisplays Digital Services Pvt Ltd is established in India, and our staff access this data from there. If you are submitting from New Jersey, your information is therefore processed in the United States and accessed from India.

How we use this information

We use analytics data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, improve site content, and understand interest from the regions and school districts we serve. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share form submissions with anyone except the service providers that make this site work — our hosting and email providers, and, for OPRA Triage submissions only, the processing provider described above. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act and similar US state laws — you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request its deletion, or opt out of its processing for analytics. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ivdisplays.com, or opt out at any time by declining cookies in our consent banner. This includes anything you submitted through OPRA Triage: tell us the address you used and we will delete the submission and the request text with it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use data, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
